For a PC/Laptop using Firefox browser:
- Open the Firefox browser
- Click the icon with 3 horizontal lines (top right corner)
- Click 'History'
- Click 'Clear Recent History'
- In this window:Close all Firefox tabs
- At top of window, in 'When' drop-down, select 'Everything'
- 'Cookies And Site Data" should be check-marked
- 'Temporary Cached Files And Pages' should be check-marked
- All other boxes should NOT be check-marked
- Click 'Clear'
- Try placing your order again
For a PC/Laptop using Google Chrome browser:
- Open the Google Chrome browser
- Click the icon with 3 vertical dots (top right corner)
- Click 'Delete Browsing Data'
- In this window:Close all Google Chrome tabs
- At top of window click 'More', then click 'All Time'
- 'Cookies And Other Site Data" should be check-marked
- 'Cached Images And Files' should be check-marked
- All other boxes should NOT be check-marked
- Click 'Delete Data'
- Try placing your order again
For a PC/Laptop using Microsoft Edge browser:
- Open the Microsoft Edge browser
- Click the icon with 3 horizontal dots (top right corner)
- Click 'Delete Browsing Data'
- In this window:Close all Microsoft Edge tabs
- In 'Time Range' drop-down, select 'All Time'
- 'Cookies And Other Site Data" should be check-marked
- 'Cached Images And Files' should be check-marked
- All other boxes should NOT be check-marked
- Click 'Clear Now'
- Try placing your order again
For Apple iPhone/iPad using Safari browser:
- Click 'Settings' icon
- Click 'Apps'
- Click 'Safari'
- Click 'Clear History And Website Data'
- Ensure 'All History' is check-marked
- Click 'Clear History' icon (at bottom)
- Close all Safari tabs
- Try placing your order again
The above instructions may vary slightly from what you see on your device, as browser versions are changing constantly.
In addition, you may be using a browser not included in the above directions. If so, you can do a Google search to ask how to clear cache and cookies on 'x', where 'x' is the name of your browser.
